Legends Sports Bar & Grill announced plans to open their location in Lake Forest Town Center on Highway 54 on the third week of September.
A modern take on the classic sports bar environment, the bar and restaurant will feature over 40 craft and domestic beers, an extensive bourbon selection, creative food options, 20+ televisions, live entertainment and more.
“We want to be at the forefront of people’s minds when they’re deciding on where to watch the game with friends,” said Larry Clark, general manager, “Amazing food, the best drinks in town, and an atmosphere that will keep you coming back time after time.”
Legends staff has been hard at work remolding the space for the grand opening celebration. All new equipment including a state-of-the-art draft system is being installed prior to the opening mid-September.
Entrenched in Owensboro’s unique flavor, Legends is owned and fully-operated by local community members aiming to bring a more modern feel to the sports bar environment.
Unique appetizers, wings, pizzas and more will be available for purchase, along with a full-service bar, complete with hand-crafted cocktails. An entertainment venue at its core, an outdoor seating area will be available as well as classic and modern bar games.
A grand-opening celebration will be announced in the coming weeks.
