The Owensboro Museum of Science and History is constantly coming up with creative ideas. Things like the Noon Year’s Eve balloon drop, live animal visits, a night at the museum (almost), just to name a few.
Last year’s “Sip & Putt” fundraiser was so much fun they decided to bring it back.
Sip & Putt is exactly what it sounds like – an adults-only night of fun where a Putt-Putt course is interspersed throughout the museum.
Tickets to the fundraiser are $30 per person, which includes beer, wine, soft drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and of course a fun game of Putt-Putt interweaving among the exhibits.
The winners get trophies, the lucky get door prizes, and everyone gets to support the museum in a memorable way.
This year’s Sip & Putt fundraiser is Saturday, February 25, 2017, at 5 p.m. at the Owensboro Museum of Science and History, 122 East 2nd Street.
Four people to a team, 25 teams maximum.
