The Owensboro Police Department has confirmed that wanted person, Joshua L. Havener, has been taken into custody with the assistance of the U. S. Marshals Service in Walton County, Florida.
The arrest was made this morning at 4:30 a.m. at a residence in Walton County without incident. Havener is currently lodged in the Walton County jail on the charge of Burglary, 1st Degree.
