On Monday, April 11, 2016, between 3:30 a.m. and 4:15 a.m., the Owensboro Police Department responded to two separate calls of arson.
In both cases a storage shed was found to be fully engulfed in flames, prompting the calls for service. The two locations are relatively close in nature, with the first residence being in the 3700 block of Legacy Run, and the second location in the 3900 block of Shryock Avenue.
At this time, investigators believe the cases are related but have exhausted all leads.
