Moonlite Bar-B-Q Inn now offers a Kids Eat Free night!
Kids 10 and under eat FREE on Monday nights from 4-9 p.m. Limit two free kids buffets per adult buffet purchase.
But discounts for kids are nothing new at Moonlite. “We’ve had our kids menu from the beginning,” says Patrick Bosley, Director of Marketing. “Kids under 3 are always free, and kids 3-10 eat buffet for half price all week long.”
Adding a Kids Eat Free night is something Bosley has been wanting to try for a long time. With budgets being tight for some families, it felt like a good time to try it. “We’re a family owned restaurant, so families are important to us. The reason we offer two kids free with an adult buffet is so a family of four or a parent with two kids can eat affordably as a family.”
The Kids Eat Free offer began as a special on Monday nights throughout the month of January, but feedback has been so positive that Moonlite decided to keep it going.
Bosley says it’s really about giving back to the community. “This isn’t about making money for us, it’s about building relationships in the community. For some families, eating out on a Monday night is a real treat, and if we can help them do that, we want to! Kids are our future customers for generations to come, so we want to build relationships with kids from day one. We see this as our opportunity to help families.”
