Grab your girlfriends, your sneakers, and get ready to move on Thursday, June 9 at Women’s Health…Let’s Move! 2016 at the Riverpark Center from 5-8pm.
Sponsored by Owensboro Dance Theatre, Owensboro Healthpark, Owensboro Health, and Riverpark Center, this event is offered free to women in the community ages 13 & up.
The evening will feature dance and fitness classes, health screenings, physician discussions, food samples from local restaurants, and an anxiety relief center. The popular anxiety relief center will offer relaxing activities including massage, nail care, hair care, and skincare provided by area salon and spa professionals.
All activities are designed for interaction, allowing each woman to feel energized, refreshed, and beautiful. Come prepared to experience an evening dedicated to the health of women everywhere!
- Participants will have access to physicians discussing important women’s health issues.
- A craft area will offer the opportunity to explore your creative side through jewelry making, cake decorating, and visual art activities.
- The evening will end with a fashion show for women of all ages with styles provided by several area boutiques.
