Cisar’s latest endeavor is “Worst to First”, a youth football Reality Television show where he takes a real-life worst team in a in league and turns them into champions. After looking at dozens of applications, in 2014 Dave commuted weekly from Nebraska to Reno, Nevada, and turned around an eighth grade youth team. He took that team to its first-ever winning season and playoff berth, including a trip to the semi-finals. The team went from scoring 104 points in 2013 to 413 in 2014.
Held at the Settle Memorial ROC Gym for KFL head and assistant coaches, the KFL clinic will include instruction on Winning Youth Football topics such as practice organization, defense, effective offensive line play, building better running backs and effective offensive series-based football.
