Is Gabes Tower getting new life after all? Copperhead Hospitality announced on their
Copperhead Hospitality announced on their Facebook page this morning that Gabes Tower will reopen late fall, 2017, as a Best Western Premier hotel.
Bruce Jones, CEO of Copperhead Hospitality, confirmed their plans for the property to Owensboro Living minutes ago.
“We are working on it. We are currently finalizing contracts with Best Western and contractors for the hotel,” he said.
Jones said Copperhead posted the announcement this morning because of the volume of inquiries and requests from Owensboro, but there are no more details at this time.
Copperhead Hospitality is a hotel management company based in Milwaukee, WI.
According to BestWestern.com, Best Western Premier is an “upscale hotel offering refined atmosphere and style, deluxe features and amenities, and superior comfort and service.”
