This summer Daviess County High School Basketball Team has plenty to do for your child.
Girls Camp
The first on their calendar is the Daviess County Lady Panther Basketball Camp. At 9am to 11am on Monday, May 22, 2017, to Thursday, May 25, 2017, Lady Panther assistant coaches and players will be coaching the future Lady Panthers.
The camp is only open to girls entering 2nd grade to 8th grade.
To add to the fun, the coaches are adding theme days which are as follows:
- May 22nd: Favorite Team Day
- May 23rd: Neon Day
- May 24th: Crazy Socks/Headband Day
- May 25th: Camp T-Shirt Day
Camp fee is $55, which includes the camp shirt. For adding a second child from the same family it’ll be $35 and $25 for a third child.

Boys Camp
Starting May 30th, there will be a 3-day camp for boys basketball players for improving skills.
The camp will start at 9am and finish at 12pm and is designed to improve the players’ shooting and dribbling abilities and other fundamentals of basketball. The camp will hold practice 5-on-5, 3-on-3, and 1-on-1 games for the participants.
The DCHS coaching staff, area coaches, and DCHS players will all be serving as staff for this camp.
The theme days for the camp are as follows:
- Tuesday, May 30th: Favorite Team Day
- Wednesday, May 31st: Neon Day
- Thursday, June 1st: Camp Tee Day
Cost is $55 per camper, 2nd child in same family $35, and $25 for third.

Future Panther Shooting Camp (for 4th-8th Grade)
On July 11th and 12th, 2017, DCHS will also be holding a strictly shooting performance only camp for both boys and girl basketball players entering 4th to 8th grade. The camp will teach on shooting fundamentals, free throw shooting, three point shooting, and much more.
Camp will be held from 1pm to 3pm.
Registration fee is $35.All campers will receive a Camp t-shirt for their participation.
