Join us for fun family activities presented by Independence Bank and vendor booths! The celebration will be at the RiverPark Center, ending with a Summer Movie on the River featuring Despicable Me 2.
Looks like great weather for a fun-filled day on the riverfront! Wondering what to expect? When you arrive, please enter into the lobby of the RiverPark Center. There you will register for drawings during the event and receive a punch card that will allow you to enter for our grand-prize drawings. Those prizes include a Citizen watch, a trip to Opryland, tickets to Holiday World and more! To be eligible you will take your punch card to different vendor booths and then turn it in by the end of the day to the Owensboro Parent booth. All grand prizes winners will be notified on Monday.
You’ll be able to enjoy bouncy house inflatables, the Independence Express train rides, video game trailer, and much more. Then stick around for the FREE Movies on the River. The movie will begin at dusk and will take place on the beautiful BB&T Plaza. Chairs are provided but you may bring your own chair. No pets or coolers allowed. Concession will be available.
