It was a hot August day for Owensboro Parent’s third “Birthday Bash” presented by Owensboro Dermatology yesterday at the RiverPark Center. But that didn’t keep hundreds of children from lining up for a train ride up and down Veterans Boulevard on the Independence Bank Express or bouncing on Owensboro Inflatable’s dragon bouncer and bounce houses from Fun Flow Inflatables. TriState Game Trailer was also on hand where up to 24 gamers got to play simultaneously while Disc Daddy’s DJ kept the music pumping in the plaza. Inside, the RiverPark Center Lobby was filled to capacity with parents perusing booths by local vendors who gave party guests free giveaways and lots of door prizes! With smiles and laughs all around, parents and kids enjoyed a beautiful day of celebration together.
