Youth Baseball Registration Now Taking Place

The City of Owensboro Parks and Recreation Department partners with local youth baseball associations to offer league play at three of the city parks.

Registration information is as follows:

Western Cal Ripken – Mandatory Play for all divisions at Moreland Park
Ages: Boys and girls, ages 4 – 12
Registration Dates remaining: Feb. 25 – $75/child
(Each additional sibling: $30)
Registration Times: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Registration Location: Moreland Park, corner of Parrish Avenue and Hickman Avenue

Eastern Cal Ripken at Chautauqua Park
Ages: Boys and girls, ages 3 – 12
Registration Dates: February25, and March 4 @ 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Try Outs: March 11 starting at 10:30 a.m.
New: On-line Registration @ leaguelineup.com/ell
Registration Location: 2245 East 18th Street, (The Learning Villa Community Room)

Southern Little League at Southern Park (Scherm Road/S. Griffith Avenue)
Ages: Boys and girls, ages 4 – 12
Registration Dates: February 18 & 25 @ 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and February 19 & 26 @ 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Registration Location: Owensboro Middle School – Booth Avenue entrance
Note: You may print out form from Southern Little League website and bring with you.
