The Wesleyan Chorale and Owensboro Symphony Chorus will present a combined concert, “European Masterworks,” on Friday, Oct. 28, at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church at 1328 Griffith Ave.
The ensemble is a new joint venture between Wesleyan and the symphony, offering a new artistic collaboration between the College and community.
The concert will include short works by Bruckner, Mozart and Mendelssohn and will feature Haydn’s Te Deum no. 2 in C major. The Wesleyan Singers will also perform selections from their Fall 2016 repertoire.
The concert is free and open to the public.
