In continuing the Year of The Child, CASA will be holding a Free Family-Fun Event for the community on Saturday, Nov 12, from 8am-1pm at Legion Park including activities, food, snacks, drinks, and information around the walking track at Legion Park.
This event is NOT intended as a CASA fundraiser, but a celebration and awareness campaign to create awareness of how all children need a hero, and to see the hero within themselves.
Therefore, everyone is encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero. 
Superhero Run
A bib-timed, fast, flat 5K Superhero Run will start and finish at Legion at the same time. There is a $25 fee to cover the race and t-shirt for the runners.
The “Fun Walk” is free!
