Owensboro, what is your talent? Theatre Workshop of Owensboro is hosting its second annual “Owensboro’s Got Talent” contest, a talent competition much like TV’s America’s Got Talent.
This competition is for all ages, and judges are seeking all types of acts: singers, comedians, dancers, jugglers, etc.
Preliminary contests will be March 4, 11, and 18, 2017, at The Empress Theatre. There are three qualified judges each week and the audience votes with their cell phone for their favorite performance. The judges’ decision combined with the audience vote determines the top four each week. The top four contestants from each preliminary will advance to the GRAND FINALE on March 25th!
The 12 finalists compete on March 25, 2017, and the winner will receive $1,000!
