Individual ride tickets are available, but the best deal is an $18 bargain bracelet, which allows the wearer to ride as many rides as they want for each session:
- Friday, 4 – 10 p.m.
- Saturday, noon – 5 p.m.
- or Saturday, 5 – 10 p.m.
(*Tamarack students will receive a coupon for $3 off a bracelet.)
Like always, there will be a variety of games, including a cake walk, fish pond, and ring toss.
According to a release from Daviess County Public Schools, the Tamarack carnival has been a tradition since April 16, 1963. That first year, the school’s profit was $46.60. Over fifty years later, the school profits between $8,000 and $10,000 from the rides, chili supper, games, book sale and T-shirt sales.
Casey’s Rides has partnered with Tamarack since the school’s first carnival and continues to offer families an exciting and entertaining experience with rides, games, food and fun.
Tamarack Elementary School is located at 1733 Tamarack Road.
