Owensboro Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in reference to an incident that occurred on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at the skate park, 1301 Bluff Avenue.
A male juvenile patron received a head injury which prompted a medical call at 8:45 p.m.
