For anyone planning to attend ROMP this year, here are some arrival instructions & tips to make arrival as smooth as possible.

RV Campers – Gates open to RV campers Wednesday, June 22 at 8 am. Should you arrive prior to this time, you will need to line up in order of arrival at Yellow Creek Baptist Church (5741 KY-144, Owensboro, KY 42303). **Please enter the church parking lot from Hwy 405!**

Tent Campers – Gates will open to tent campers at 10 am on Wednesday, June 22. Should you arrive prior to this time, you will need to line up in the lot directly beside the Yellow Creek Park entrance off Hwy 144. It is on the right if you are headed East on Hwy 144. Please look for signs directing you to this area. DO NOT lineup at Yellow Creek Baptist Church! You will not be able to enter the park with the RVs.

POP-Up Canopy Procedures – Planning to use a pop-up during the festival? Please read through the following instructions as procedures have changed.

Pop-ups are permitted in the back of the festival field behind the marked line.

There will be a “canopy run” this year for pop-up spots. The run will take place at noon on Wednesday, June 22. Attendees wishing to use a canopy will be asked to line up at the marked starting point in front of the festival stage. When signaled, be ready to race to claim your spot; spots will be first come first serve.

Anyone placing a canopy in the festival field prior to the designated time will be asked to remove their canopy, or will be removed for you.
