Moseleyville Volunteer Fire Department will be having a pancake breakfast on Saturday, March 18, 2017. The breakfast will act as a fundraiser for the department.
“We are seeking assistance from our community so we can continue to upgrade and maintain the equipment needed to perform our services at the highest possible level,” Dalton Adkins said.
The breakfast is open to all members of the community. Adkins hopes to meet people from the community and teach people about fire service and safety.
The fire department will also be showing their apparatus and it will be on display for the kids and “kids at heart,” as Adkins says.
Local businesses have donated door prizes to give out to attendants as well.
The event will be from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 3741 Ashbyburg Rd, Owensboro, KY.
Plates cost $5, which comes with two pancakes, two sausages, and a drink.
