Bad news: a recent wrist surgery means Nicky Hayden will miss the Aug 10th MotoGP race at his home track at Indianapolis. Good news: this surgery will give his wrist a chance to properly heal from an injury sustained three years ago. Nicky was quoted in a team statement saying “According to the doctor, my recovery is on course, which is very positive… I made the decision thinking about being healthy for the end of the season and already thinking about next year.” (Team Aspar News 7/26/14)
