Volunteer Owensboro is teaming up with Panther Radio 90.3 WKWC for a weekly show called Volunteer Talk.
Angie DeWitt, Assistant Director of Volunteer Owensboro, will host the show. Each episode DeWitt will interview an Executive Director or a staff member from a local non-profit about their organization and volunteer needs.
Volunteer Talk will air on Fridays and Sundays at 7:20 a.m. The program is proudly supported by Agent Alex Bryant from KY Farm Bureau.
Volunteer Owensboro‘s mission is to help local non-profits by offering Public Service Announcements, video promotions, and live music at their events at no cost.
Volunteer Owensboro also has a program on Time Warner Channel 8 (now known as Spectrum). Host Randy Lanham shares behind-the-scenes footage from local non-profits and walks in the shoes of a volunteer for a day.
