The City of Owensboro hosted a ceremony honoring National Vietnam War Veterans Day on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the Shelton Memorial located on Veterans Boulevard in downtown Owensboro. A crowd gathered at the memorial despite the rainy conditions to pay tribute to those that served in the Vietnam War.
