Next Tuesday, November 3, voters in Kentucky will select several key offices that will lead our Commonwealth for the next four years. We will elect our Governor, Attorney General, Agriculture Commissioner, Auditor, Treasurer and Secretary of State. It is a civic privilege to VOTE. And it is an obligation as a citizen to exercise this privilege.
Among the many reasons to VOTE, there is also a very pragmatic reason. The Greater Owensboro region is often excluded from key decision making at the state and federal level. This election year, our Chamber of Commerce is asking each registered voter to VOTE in an effort to have the highest percentage voter turnout in the state. A community-wide effort such as this can create the influence that Owensboro deserves in Frankfort. Candidates and politicians remember the communities who participate in the process.
Will you join our team at the Chamber and VOTE next Tuesday? And will you please ask your family, friends and co-workers to do the same?
GO VOTE!!! and make Owensboro your winning candidate!
