Audubon Area Community Services Inc. has partnered with the Family Resource Centers of East View and Meadow Lands elementary schools, and the Youth Services Centers of Daviess County Middle and Daviess County High schools, to sponsor a Medicaid Information Night for families of students attending those schools. The program is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, in the media center at Daviess County Middle School, 1415 E. Fourth St.

The program is designed to assist families who have questions or need assistance with Medicaid or children’s medical card programs, and is an opportunity to provide services and support to individuals who are working during the Department of Community Based Services regular hours of operation.

Individuals who may be eligible for Medicaid coverage and services at this event include those who live in Kentucky; are a U.S. citizen or nation, or who meet qualified alien status; and who meet modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) Medicaid requirements.

Those attending should take a photo identification, such as a driver’s license; and proof of household income, such as two months’ worth of pay stubs or a copy of their 2016 tax return.

Space is limited. Those wishing to attend should call 270-852-7611 to register or for more information. Snacks will be provided.
