The Daviess County Sheriff Office is seeking information on three incidents of shots fired and drive-by shootings that have occurred over the last three days.
On Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, at approximately 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. shots were fired into the unoccupied business “Del’s Diner” located on HWY 60 West in Stanley, KY.
Approximately 4-5 minutes later, residents in the 300 block of HWY 1554 reported that someone had fired at least five rounds into their home while they were in the residence. No one was struck by the projectiles that entered the house.
On Nov 1, residents in the 6000 block of W. 5th St. Road reported gunshots fired from a passing vehicle at approximately 8:45 p.m. Investigators were unable to determine if any of the reported shots entered any residence or building in that area.
The DCSO is requesting that anyone having information on any of the above incidents please contact the Sheriff Office or notify Crime Stoppers.
