Back Alley Musicals of Owensboro announced today that it is canceling its upcoming production of Hello Dolly! The show had been scheduled for July 22-23 and July 29-30 at RiverPark Center.
The announcement was made by Ron Waite, president of Back Alley Musicals. “We are disappointed to have to make this announcement,” said Waite. “Several difficult challenges facing our board, as well as upcoming changes in the board itself, are making the cancellation necessary.”
Additional announcements will be made in the near future. Current season ticket holders will be receiving more information by mail.
Back Alley Musicals (BAM), founded in 2010, has been producing four shows each season, striving to bring the best in musical theatre to local audiences and to provide exceptional performance opportunities for the many talented singers, actors and musicians in Owensboro and Daviess County as well as in neighboring areas.
