Lee Foster, daughter of Joe and Winnie Foster of Owensboro, was crowned the University of Kentucky homecoming queen halftime ceremonies at the UK and Mississippi State homecoming game Saturday, Oct. 25.
Lee Foster is Senior studying Economics and Marketing with a minor in International Business. Currently she serves as Programming Chair for DanceBlue, President of the Economics Society, Leader of the Wildcat Student Organization and New Member Coordinator for Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is a member of the University of Kentucky Honors Program and works as a campus tour guide. Previously she has completed Emerging Leader Institute and the Leadership Development Program, and has served on the Panhellenic Council. After graduation she will be joining Teach For America as a 2015 Charlotte corps member, but plans to keep cheering on the Cats all the way from North Carolina!
