Here are a few photos Owensboro Public Schools sent from the ground breaking ceremony at Sutton Elementary this morning.
“This was the first ground breaking we’ve had since 2008,” said OPS Public Information Officer Dave Kirk.
Faculty, administration and students participated in turning the first shovels of dirt.
