The Daviess County Public Library will be hosting its annual summer reading program for teens from June 1 – July 31, 2016.
Participation in our teen summer reading program is open to all teens ages 13-18, regardless of whether or not they have a library card.
Starting June 1st, teens will be able to visit the library or go to dcplibrary.org to register for the summer reading program. Participants are encouraged to go to our website and log each book that they read over the course of the summer.
- Teens who read and log at least one book over the course of the summer reading program will be automatically entered into all of our weekly prize drawings.
- Teens who read and log at least five books will receive a free book from the library, as well as an entry for our grand prize drawing.
- For each subsequent five books read, teens will receive another entry into the grand prize drawing.
The prize this year is a $100 gift card to a store of the winning teen’s choosing.
