Known as “The Party of the Year”, The Big O Music Fest is set to once again take Owensboro, KY by storm.
Big O Entertainment, Owensboro, KY’s premiere entertainment and production company, has announced the lineup of artists scheduled to perform at the BOMF – an outdoor country music festival held annually at Reid’s Orchard.
The entertainment for this year’s Big O Music Fest is a powerhouse lineup. The event will include fan favorite Jake Owen, multi award winning Travis Tritt, an artist TBA, Corey Smith, The LACS, newcomer Ray Scott, and more.
“When you look at our lineup, and compare it to similar music festivals around the country, I think anyone would have a hard time finding a better value”, said Steve Terry, a promoter with The Big O Music Fest.
The date for The Big O Music Fest is August 15. The event will be held at Reid’s Orchard on Hwy 144 in Owensboro. The gates open at noon, and the music kicks off at 1:00.
With all that’s happening in the city right now, The Big O Music Fest has been a huge part in helping Owensboro become a true destination city. We sold tickets to at least 41 states last year, and with the momentum we have, and with all we’ve learned the last few years, I believe we can surpass that with this year’s event.” said Terry.
The event will be a true festival atmosphere with food and drinks, t-shirt and souvenir sales, and great country music. The promoters bill the show as “The Party of the Year”, and with over 12,000 in attendance last year, it would be hard to argue the point.
