Registration is still open for the third annual Moonlight Ride happening this Friday, June 3. The City of Owensboro is thrilled to be hosting this event for the community to enjoy a nighttime casual bike ride under the starry skies around the city of Owensboro with proceeds benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research.
The night will kick-off at McConnell Plaza at 8 pm with registration and includes music, dancing, and bike tune-ups. As the sun goes down, the party will light-up the riverfront with a great light show and all your favorite glow gear for the dance party before the start of the ride. At 9:30 pm, hundreds of riders will put on their helmets and begin the casual 9-mile ride with a police escort.
Advanced registration is still available for just $25. Show your support for an amazing cause, St. Jude Children’s Research, that is making an impact on families in Owensboro on a daily basis.
