UPDATE: Owensboro Police say 14-year-old Jakob Barakat McCullom has been located and he is in good health.
The Owensboro Police Department is searching for a 14 year old juvenile that has been reported missing and we are asking for the public’s help.
On Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a missing person’s investigation was opened after Jakob Barakat-McCullom left a residence in the 1300 block of W. 3rd Street.
