As part of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s 2015 campaign, “Click It or Ticket”, the Owensboro Police Department will be placing extra Patrol Officers on the streets with the specific task of looking for seatbelt violations.
Our additional enforcement efforts will take place from May 18, 2015 to June 1, 2015 and will cover all hours of the day.
Remember, it is mandatory in Kentucky to wear your seatbelt, so keep this simple message in mind … CLICK IT OR TICKET!
