Meg Caswell, an HGTV Design Star winner will be appearing at the Owensboro Health Women’s Expo 2015 on Saturday March 21 from noon until 4PM. Most of her time at WE2015 will be spent in the 800 sq. ft. Green River Appliance showcase at the Expo where she will be available for photos, autographs, and even design tips. Show officials suggest that you bring photos of the room you want re-designed and Meg will offer her professional suggestions.
Meg Caswell has served as host of several HGTV series and specials, including Meg’s Great Rooms and America’s Best Kept Secrets. “I began my career in design the moment I decided not to attend law school”, said Caswell. After she earned her degree in criminology, she soon enrolled at The Art Institute of Chicago where she earned a B.F.A. in interior architecture. As the owner of a design firm and a home décor store in Chicago, Meg characterizes herself as a determined, direct, and high-energy competitor. Says Meg, “My style is a preppy mix of modern and traditional, but I count the vibrant pastel colors of “Palm Beach chic” among my favorite looks”.
