Update from the family: “THEY FOUND OUR VAN!!!!! Thank you to everyone that shared and cared and covered this story! You each stepped up to the plate and made a difference! We are so very thankful!”

See full post and help share.

“Our daughter is in a power wheelchair. We have a wheelchair van. We traveled 13 hours to Norfolk, Virginia last week to attend our son’s graduation from U.S. ARMY SCHOOL OF MUSIC on Thursday November 5th. Sometime that night our van was stolen from the Residence Inn hotel on N Military Blvd. Our van is critical for us to safely transport our daughter. We had to buy a very old van to transport her and our family back to Owensboro, Ky but it is not set up to safely transport her. At least we are able to get her and her power wheelchair home. Asking if anyone has any information or sees our van shown below to please contact local police. 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with Braun wheelchair conversion Kentucky plates with handicapped tag license plate number 1681.”
