DCPS Fall Festival Schedule

It’s Fall Festival season – time for fun, food and fellowship! These events are open to the public and everyone is invited to join family, friends, and neighbors for a variety of activities.

Proceeds benefit learning resources and experiences for students. For more information, contact each school at the phone numbers provided.

Burns Elementary School
4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19
4514 Goetz Drive

Games and activities include haunted house, face painting, corn hole, dance room, tattoos, fun photos, cake walk, inflatables, pony rides, petting zoo and silent auction. Vendor booths include Paparazzi Jewelry, Keto, Disney Travel, Lipsense, KEEP Collective Design and more.

Sorgho Elementary School
5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20

Chili supper menu includes hot dogs, chili dogs, pizza, soft drinks, cookies and ice cream. Game bracelets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door; individual tickets are 50 cents each. Bracelets cover all games and bounce houses, as well as one free popcorn or pop-ice. Silent auction includes delicious cakes and theme baskets, such as UK, Christmas, gift wrap, baking and more. Other activities include a “penny vote” for the best family pumpkin book character. Games and activities include face painting, basketball, lollipop pull, ring toss, treat walk, cake walk, corn hole, car racer and mini golf.

West Louisville Elementary School

Chili supper is served from 5:30 to 7 p.m.; menu includes grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, chili, chips, drink, and dessert. Cake auction begins at 7:30 p.m. and games are open throughout the evening.

Burns Middle School
4:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24

BMS clubs and organizations are sponsoring a variety of game and activity booths. Chili supper menu includes hot dogs, chips and other refreshments. A haunted house will also be open to those who dare – always a crowd favorite!

Country Heights Elementary School
5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27

Wristbands are available for $12 in advance or $15 at the door, and entitle the wearer to admission, one horseback ride, petting zoo and one free pumpkin per student. Individual tickets may also be purchased at the door. A chili supper will be served in the cafeteria. Other activities include game room, inflatables, photo booth and silent auction. Those attending are invited to wear fun (non-scary) costumes; no masks, please.

Meadow Lands Elementary School
5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27

Chili, burgoo and hot dog dinner will be served, along with cotton candy and popcorn. Games and activities include a silent auction, pony rides, inflatables, fishing pond, crazy hair spray, football throw, ring toss and cake walk. Tickets are 50 cents each and may be used for all activities.

Whitesville Elementary School
5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27

Chili hot dogs, funnel cakes, haystacks and other concessions will be available. Games and activities include inflatables and haunted house. Tickets are 25 cents each or bracelets are available for $10. A silent auction is planned from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a live auction scheduled at 7:45 p.m.

Audubon Elementary School
5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3

The evening will include a chili supper, petting zoo, balloon twisters, bouncies and silent auction. Other special features include the TriState Game Trailer and Hawaiian shaved ice. Wristbands are $12 in advance or $15 at the door; single tickets also available.
