A portion of the Adkisson Greenbelt will be closed Monday and Tuesday, October 13-14. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will be performing work to a bridge on US 60 (former bypass) that goes over the Horse Fork Trail of the Greenbelt, close to Yewell-Heritage Park and the Brookhill subdivision. The contractor plans to close the trail on each side of the bridge as a safety precaution to pedestrians below. Barring any unforeseen delays, the trail will re-open on Wednesday, October 15.
