Chick-fil-A Owensboro is introducing their new Frozen Lemonade in frosted fashion Friday night. Marketing Director Dana Goodlett says it is sure to be a treat for children young and old alike.
The event will be this Friday, March 20th, from 4:00-8:00pm at the Chick-fil-A Owensboro location, 4601 Frederica. In addition to samples of the new Frosted Lemonade, kids will enjoy crafts (making edible snowmen), balloon animals by Owensboro Twisters, and a photo opportunity with their favorite snowman and other characters inspired by the movie Frozen.
The windows have been decorated for the occasion by team member Alexis Puckett who Goodlett says is a “tremendous talent” and is trying to start her own window decorating business.
Chick-fil-A Owensboro schedules family events regularly, including the very popular daddy/daughter and mother/son date nights. “Chick-fil-A encourages community involvement, but each individual store can choose which events we do. We decided to wait until our Frosted Lemonade was introduced so we could center this event on a frozen theme,” Goodlett said. There will be a tent outside for overflow seating if necessary.
