Western Kentucky Botanical Garden (WKBG) is once again “going to the pour house” on Friday, September 23, 2016, from 7 – 11 p.m.
All are invited to the annual Back Woods Ball, a “country casual” fundraising event for WKBG featuring live entertainment and back woods gourmet cuisine.
This year’s event will be held at Big Independent Warehouse located at 1875 Old Calhoun Road in Owensboro.
Tickets are $45/person in advance or $50 at the door, which includes dinner, live entertainment, and bourbon and beer tastings. Tickets are available at Moonlie Bar-B-Q, The Miller House, and WKBG.
The inimitable Kirk Kirkpatrick will emcee the evening featuring entertainment by the Lanham Brothers Jamboree and Marty Brown & band.
There will also be a “high cotton” silent auction, including a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle, so come ready to bid and win!
