Today, cranes interrupt the downtown skyline as construction continues on three major projects in Downtown Owensboro. The Enclave at Riverfront Living (#1) is a multi-use building with plans for restaurants on street level and condos on upper floors. The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum (#2) just announced its rebranding and is set to open the weekend of October 18-20, 2018 with live music, special guests, exhibit openings, and a celebration of the legends of bluegrass music. A second parking garage (#3) will help accommodate the growing demand for parking as the Owensboro Convention Center continues to book larger conferences, events and concerts. And the former BB&T building was renovated and developed into an office building for Alorica (#4), which will bring over 800 jobs to Owensboro in three years.
