All Blessings International (ABI) is a Kentucky adoption and humanitarian aid agency, headquartered in Owensboro, and also licensed in Indiana, Tennessee, and Missouri. In recognition of adoption awareness month in November, ABI will present Find Me, a documentary about Chinese adoption at Malco Theater if enough tickets are pre-sold.
Seventy three tickets must be sold in order for the showing to occur. At the time of this posting, 52 tickets had been purchased, leaving 26 remaining to meet the goal. Deadline to reach the goal is October 26th, 2015.
Find Me is a heartwarming drama that follows three families as they adopt children from China. This feature-length documentary film journeys with them as they seek to discover the back story of those who loved them first. Afterwards, there will be a Q&A with the movie producers and All Blessings International adoption professionals regarding adoption from China.
The movie will be shown in five locations on November 5, 2015: Franklin, Tennessee; Memphis, Tennessee; Owensboro, Kentucky; Louisville, Kentucky; and Springfield, Missouri. November is Adoption Awareness month, and the movie takes place three days prior to Orphan Sunday.
The proceeds from attendance and contributions for this event will be used to form grants for children ABI is currently representing to help relieve the financial burden for families who desire to parent one of these deserving orphans.
The Owensboro screening will begin at 6:30 on November 5th at the Malco Theater located at 5333 Frederica Street. Tickets for the event are on sale now and can be purchased online here.
