The Owensboro Convention Center, proudly managed by Spectra Venue Management, will be hosting their first ever cheerleading and dance competition on January 30, 2016. The Battle in the Bluegrass Competition is presented by SHOUT! Cheer & Dance Company, Inc. This is a U.S. All Star Federation (USASF) sanctioned event.
“SHOUT! Cheer & Dance Company is excited to present the first ever cheer and dance championship at the beautiful new Owensboro Convention Center. It promises to be professional, affordable, and fun for everyone,” stated Diane Ringer, owner of SHOUT! Cheer & Dance Company. “We have worked with Spectra venues in the past and they are a great fit! Together we have hosted successful events in Niagara Falls, New York and Orlando, Florida.”
The Battle in the Bluegrass Championship is open to cheer and dance teams of all divisions and abilities. The teams will be competing on a 54’x42’ spring floor in the convention centers exhibit hall. All of the teams will receive trophies, and the division champions will receive championship t-shirts and banners.
