The Owensboro Symphony Woodwind Quintet is back to play performances at two local schools Monday, October 20. The program combines musical concepts and the importance of being respectful to the people you work and play with.
This interactive program, aimed at grades 3-8, will feature individual instrument demonstrations, ensemble playing, and the elements of music. The musicians will also discuss and model various types of interpersonal behavior and language and have the students identify appropriate conduct, with a goal of improving respectful behavior and reducing bullying in school.
