The Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce released the third quarter issue of GO Business magazine today. GO Business is a Tanner+West publication which is produced by the chamber to promote chamber members and inform the community. One thousand magazines were distributed this afternoon in OwensboroLiving news racks around town.
The theme for this issue is agriculture and agri-business. Chamber President and CEO Candance Brake said in her column in the magazine, “It is important for us all to understand what role agriculture plays in our daily lives – and in the future our community hopes to build.”
The cover story features greater Owensboro’s modern farmers, with other stories about Dahl and Groezinger, a fifth generation family business; Riney Hancock CPA continuing their tradition; a spotlight on “Business of the Year” recipients Brescia University and Musick Studios; and “8 Questions” with Phillip Patterson, CEO of Owensboro Health.
The magazine is printed in Owensboro by Greenwell Chisholm and distributed to over 4,000 business leaders in Owensboro and throughout Kentucky. Copies will also be presented to chamber members at the August Rooster Booster meeting at the Owensboro Convention Center.
