City spray parks located at Legion Park, Kendall-Perkins Park and Smothers Park will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2017, weather permitting.
All Spray Parks are scheduled to re-open Memorial Day weekend in 2018.

- The OVERLOOK is located at the foot of Frederica Street with breath-taking views and lighting;
- the EVENT LAWN is a beautiful green area located on the west side near the signature fountain;
- or the ALLEN STREET PAVILION location overlooks the Ohio River.
- There are also various KIOSKS locations available for rent as well.
Edge Ice Center – Birthday Party Packages
The City of Owensboro’s Edge Ice Center is the coolest place in town to host your child’s next birthday party. Three different packages are available to choose from and can take place during any public skate session.
Package 1: (up to 10 guests), includes private party room, admission and skate rental, popcorn, birthday child t-shirt and goody bag. ONLY $97.00. Each additional guest will cost $9.50.
Package 2: (up to 10 guests), includes private party room, admission and skate rental, birthday cake and candles, popcorn, hot dogs and soft drinks, birthday child t-shirt and goody bag. ONLY $127.00. Each additional guest will cost $12.50.
